Interview with Albee

There is this great interview with Albee you may or may not have seen in the Brooklyn Rail a couple months back. MR. ALBEE I told my playwrighting students, you have to write and not only do you have to see the first play you’ve ever seen, but every time you write a play, you have to write the first play that’s ever been written. How else can you be individual? Also in that issue, an illuminating article about Rinne Groff by Deron Bos (or D. Boss as I like to think of him.)
