They tell me the Times review was very positive today.
I am not reading it but I am very happy to hear this.
Especially after so so many theatres rejected this play.
Congrats! I was on vacation with the husband and he just happened to pick up the New York Times so he could peruse the Business section. I casually glanced over Arts & Entertainment. I was so happy to see that not only is my ridiculously talented college chum such a success, but that a newspaper like the Times is smart enough to recognize and appreciate it!
They're right; I just read it. Congrats! Glad it's going well.
ReplyDeleteOh Go On. Read it. DOOoooo it. Dooooo it.
ReplyDeleteDOOOOOOO IT!
It's good. It will, of course, corrupt the vision of your play and ruin your integrity.
Still.
Read it.
I'm not going to read it right now but maybe 10 years from now I'll wish I had.
ReplyDeleteThank you both.

ReplyDeleteAre you going to wait ten years to read it?
ReplyDeleteshould i wait ten years?
ReplyDeleteYou should bury it in a time capsule and then in ten years we can have a party and dig it up!
ReplyDeleteA hearty congratulations. Glad to hear it's going so well!

ReplyDeleteBest,
Chris Wolfskehl (nee Saad)
Thanks Ripley and Christinya! And Heidi, I don't have a backyard at the moment. Maybe i'll read it in Sept after all the craziness is over.
ReplyDeleteAgain, congrats on the show. I saw it last night. It was just as fun to watch as it was to read.
